Whitney Walpole

Whitney is the Founder and President of Culture Counts, a coaching and consulting firm headquartered in Denver. She is also the originator of the CORE Performance System™ and the CORE Performance Game™.

Whitney coaches leaders and teams around the country to create increased business results with less stress and more joy. Her systematic, yet playful approach, delivers bottom line results while also increasing teamwork, creativity, trust, and personal fulfillment for every player.

Whitney’s achievements include starting her own private school, founding and running a successful Internet software firm and winning the Colorado Ethics in Business Award for an effective and engaging company culture. Her broad experience as an entrepreneur and business owner provides a real-world foundation for her coaching, consulting and speaking engagements.   

As a mother with two teenage daughters, she also finds balance and delights in her many family and community activities.
